- A purpose built Test Kitchen installed during 2002 provides both the facility for product development (both bakery and non-bakery applications) fault diagnosis and customer joint project workshops.
-A dedicated R&D department works in conjunction with NPD to investigate new plant and processes and optimise manufacturing efficiencies.
- Edme subscribes to a number of specialist associations who provide scientific and technolgoical back up.
